Open House for our *NEW* South Philly Office!
To commemorate our *NEW* office on East Passyunk, we held an Open House on Wednesday, July 12th and invited EVERYONE to celebrate with us.
It was a wonderful afternoon! The Open House was a hub bub of activity – lots of neighbors, lots of clients, and lots of babies! There were fun give-aways from local vendors, refreshments, tours, mingling with midwives, and mini-craniosacral therapy demonstrations.
We are very excited that this event kicked-off our provision of close-to-home services to our many clients who live in and around the city. LWC Staff will be providing care and outpatient appointments for our clients 2 days a week, in this beautiful, private office.
Please tell all your friends and family who would love our midwifery model of care and natural empowering births, but who thought Bryn Mawr was too far to come throughout their pregnancies: now they can receive their prenatal and postpartum care in the city and just come to the Birth Center in Bryn Mawr for their birth!

Reminder for our Pregnant (or soon-to-be pregnant!) clients: our new South Philly office is a clinical office where you can schedule all of your prenatal appointments and consultations. However, our new office does NOT contain Birth Suites to birth your baby NOR classrooms for our required childbirth education classes.
The following items must be done/completed at our Bryn Mawr location:
Labor/Birth of Baby
As well as our Supplemental/Optional Courses: Mindfulness Childbirth and Parenting, Childbirth Education Supplemental Class, Childbirth Refresher Class and Sibling Preparation Class.
