Reception Appreciation

They are the first faces you see when you enter our offices, the friendly voices on the phone helping you schedule appointments, the people behind the scenes making sure things run smoothly every day… meet Chakia, Nancy, Claudia, Shay, and Cara – our hardworking reception staff! These wonderful women are truly the backbone of our day-to-day operations at Lifecycle WomanCare and we’d like to take a moment to show our appreciation for their dedication:

Chakia Brown, LWC’s Office Manager, is our fearless leader. She has been part of the LWC team for seven years. Every day brings a new challenge, and as an expert problem solver, Chakia is there to help troubleshoot them all. We are thankful for her ingenuity every day.

Nancy Kosinski, our Client Care Coordinator, has been with LWC for 17 years. In that time, she has assisted countless clients from start to finish, including scheduling their very first appointment to helping file paperwork for their birth certificates, and everything in-between. Her multi-tasking skills are an asset for our staff and clients alike, and she loves using her detective skills to solve problems.

Shay Hopkins has worked as a Receptionist at LWC for five years. She spends much of her time greeting and assisting clients at our South Philly satellite office. She enjoys the camaraderie she has built with our South Philly clients and staff.

Claudia Stemler has been working the front desk as a Receptionist for one and a half years. She loves being a friendly face for everyone who enters the building while greeting each person with a smile (or more recently, smiling eyes while masked). Claudia also works as a Childbirth Educator and loves the opportunity to build relationships with LWC clients in both roles.

Cara Puff, IBCLC has been with LWC for two years. Most of the time, you can find her seeing lactation clients in Bryn Mawr and at our South Philly satellite office, or facilitating one of our Breastfeeding Support Groups (we have four, and all are currently taking place virtually). When she is filling in at the front desk, she enjoys helping clients find the resources they need, and linking them to the best person for their particular situation.
