The Fourth Trimester
This one-session class is designed to provide specific education regarding the early care of yourself and your newborn throughout the “fourth trimester” (the first 12 weeks of life).
We will review early postpartum care for the birthing parent, basic newborn care, assessing vital signs, newborn behavior, limiting visitors while also soliciting the right kind of help, utilizing local and online support, sleep, setting realistic goals and having realistic expectations, and much, much more!

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the class date will not be refunded unless a medical reason exists.
