Peer to Peer Encouragement and Professional Advice
Lactation Support Group
Join other lactating parents and their babies to discuss the joys and challenges of breastfeeding/chestfeeding. Provide and receive encouragement and inspiration as we share, ask questions, solicit advice, and offer suggestions. Cara Puff, IBCLC and Nikki Graham, CMT, CLE, C-FSD (BADT) facilitate our groups and are there to provide professional support and guidance. A scale will also be available for infant weight checks during in-person meetings.

This group is free and open to the community, so whether you had your baby at The Birth Center at Lifecycle, or elsewhere, you are welcome to join us!
