at Lifecycle WomanCare in Bryn Mawr

Noon to 2:30pm

$40 per individual or couple

Do you want to grow your family? Are you thinking about single-parenting and unsure where to start? Are you a queer couple wanting to have kids?  Do you suffer from “social infertility?”

Come to this introductory class to learn the ins and outs of alternative insemination, and meet other people who share your desire to parent.

Topics covered include:

  •  Options for obtaining sperm
  •  Different methods of insemination
  •  How to track your cycle to optimize fertility

Taught by Lifecycle WomanCare nurse practitioner, Shosh Ruskin, CRNP

“Having delivered twice at The Birth Center at LWC, I couldn’t be happier with my experiences. I felt so cared for and safe there. Welcoming, comforting, trustworthy—the combination of the homey feel I wanted with professional, experienced midwives and nurses let me relax, knowing I was in good hands. The midwives, always there when we needed them, also seemed to know just when to give us space. When pushing became difficult during my second birth, the midwife quickly assessed the situation and helped me get things back on track. I can’t imagine birthing anywhere else.”
