Gretchen La Londe

Gretchen joined the Lifecycle team in 2022. She holds a BS from the School of Hotel and Restaurant Administration at Cornell University, and she worked over 10 years in the hospitality industry. She especially enjoyed managing the café at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston and running many of the museum’s catered functions.

All of Gretchen’s prior positions were customer service oriented and required an attention to detail, multi-tasking, and leadership skills. A lifelong interest in health led her to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition from which she received a certification from the American Association of Drugless Practitioners as a holistic health coach in May 2004.

She was able to share her passion for healthy eating and living with others through coaching, workshops, and cooking classes up until the birth of her first son – at The Birth Center! – in 2007.

Shortly after the birth of her second son, who was also born at The Birth Center, in 2011, Gretchen’s family moved to Southern California for her husband’s job. After nearly seven years in Aliso Viejo, they moved back to the East Coast to be closer to family.

Gretchen has been a Level 1 NICA (National Interscholastic Cycling Association) Coach with the Tredyffrin-Easttown Mountain Bike club for the last three years. She plans to continue with the club while her two boys are involved with the challenging yet rewarding sport of mountain biking. Gretchen’s husband joins her and her boys in this endeavor.
